Abstract: It is generally accepted today that corporate culture is a factor that signifi cantly influences companies’ performance: it may, on the one hand, be a source ofstrength and provide a unique competitive advantage, but, on the other, it may also be the reason why the company lags behind and its performance decreases. It may also hinder the company’s efforts at implementing its strategy.
