trabalhadores, as envolventes familiares e sociais.
crescimento individual e o desenvolvimento organizacional. The main objective of this article was the observation of the importance of conflict management within organizations and the use of various methods applied to its resolution and/or prevention through means of negotiation. By applying literature reviews we have focused on the reconstruction of day-to-day reality. Conflicts at the workplace take on particular importance due to the impact they have on the dynamics of an organization, affecting, in many cases, not only the staff involved but also family and social networks. Within this context, the impact on relationships between individuals can also affect an organization’s image from an external perspective, namely its clients and suppliers. Problems and conflicts have existed since the beginning of humanity, as has the search for their resolution and avoidance. Conflicts are common in organizations. Their analysis and intervention do not always employ rational/balanced methods and systems for their diagnosis. This work intends, besides summarizing various studies examined, to observe the most common methods used when dealing with situations of functional imbalance which, when looked at correctly, could be a valuable contribution to both the growth of the individual and the development of the organization. |
