A terapia familiar numa perspectiva epistemológica sistêmica e analítica

Abstract

Considerando que os três princípios fundamentais da via terapêutica da terapia familiar são: a confrontação entre os membros da família; a ação direta sobre as relações e o reforço da competência familiar, alguns teóricos dividem o campo da terapia familiar, de uma maneira geral, em terapia familiar sistêmica e terapia familiar psicanalítica. Este artigo objetiva fornecer subsídios científicos para a compreensão dos construtos teóricos da terapia familiar sistêmica e psicanalítica como uma técnica de intervenção terapêutica que pode oferecer uma melhora das interações no interior do sistema familiar, fazendo um processo de recodificação de mensagens, no qual é possibilitada uma maior compreensão nas suas comunicações e a descoberta de novos caminhos de relação familiar. Conforme o que ainda é exposto no artigo, na terapia familiar é importante a consistência entre teoria e prática, bem como a coerência com uma determinada posição epistemológica, entretanto, o artigo mostra que é possível, dentro de uma mesma posição epistemológica, incontáveis modelos de abordagens terapêuticas.

The three fundamental principles of therapeutics via family therapy are: the confrontation between family members; direct action on relations; and the strengthening of family competence. Some theorists divide the field of family therapy, generally in systemic family therapy psychotherapy and Psychoanalytical Family Therapy. This article aims to provide support to the scientific understanding of the theoretical constructs of systemic family therapy and psychotherapy as an intervention technique that may offer a therapy which improves the interactions within the family system, through the process of recoding messages, providing a greater understanding in their communication and the discovery of new ways of family relationship. As stated in the article, in family therapy it is important the consistency between theory and practice, as well as the consistency with a certain epistemological position. However, the article shows that it is possible, within the same epistemological position, to have different models and therapeutic approaches.
